We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

 • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

 • Return request must be made within 7 calendar days

 • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

 • Custom-cut or specially ordered materials

 • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

Refund Process

 • Returned items will be inspected before approval

 • If approved, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

 • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
